What CLOTHS To Bring

SUMMER:

You will need to pack appropriate cloths for you and your family / friends eg:

Always keep in your mind in the country there are snakes and insects that bite.

Jeans or Tracksuit pants, Shorts, Tee-shirt, Cotton long sleeve shirt, socks, under clothing, Sleep wear dressing gown.
Shoes that are not open like sandals or crocks, preferably Hiking boots or high ankle sand shoes or Gumboots (Yes, they are the best even in summer to protect you from unwanted critters).
Wide brim Hat, Sunscreen, Aerogard or similar product. Swim wear.

(Please be aware that sunscreen/ personal fly spray can pollute dams' water and wildlife or stock will not drink the water so please apply after being near dams.)
Swimming costume, Rash Shirt, life preserve jacket for Non Swimmers & Learner including Children & Adults.

On the farm property there is access to stock Dams some large, some small, we do not encourage swimming in Dams.

However, we do place a notation in the welcome book in each tent & our advertisement / info sheets online that if clients booked use Dam's on property to swim they are to supervise all age children at all times and non-swimming or learner swimmers either adults or children are to use a life jacket that they must bring with them on holidays.

We provide CPR Signs in & around campground & Property Dams, plus a buoyant life boy for life saving attached to a 20mtr rope that can be thrown to a person & pulled to shore. Each tent spot booked are given one personal walkie talkie & mini first aid kit & snake bite kit in a bum bag which an adult of the group in tent always carries on their person to notify property owners of any possible emergency.

All care will be taken however all people and children are to be supervised by a family member or adult 18 years and over.

WINTER:

You will need to pack appropriate cloths for you and your family / friends as it can get very cold on our property, we receive wet weather like most areas but also, we can get snow falls.

Yes, even in winter always keep in your mind in the country there are snakes and insects that bite.
Jeans or Tracksuit pants, Warm shirt, Flannelette long sleeve shirt, Turtleneck Shirt, Warm socks.
Under clothing eg: Long Johns, Warn Spencer or warm Singlet, Warm sleep ware / Pajamas. sleep wear and dressing gown.
Warm Woolly Jumper, Thick Parker or Coat, Wet Weather Cloths or Snow Cloths if you have them,
Beenie's or balaclava, Neck Scarves, Gloves, Raincoat.
Something to rub on your face and skin eg: Nivia Cream or Barry Cream
to make you toastier and warm.

Advice: Experienced bushwalkers and hikers believe that body sweat can make your under cloths damp which can contribute to colder body temperatures, they advise to have extra underclothes and socks to change including before bed at night to help keep body warmth and dry cloths to change into if you are court in rain or snow and your cloth become damp place this text with your page content.
